This dress is perfect for a photography studio, a party or just fun dress up time!
This tutu is made from premium nylon tulle and sewed closed on a non roll elastic waist band. The elastic will stretch 2-3 inches so she will have room to grow. All of our tutus are made to be super fluffy and full. Tutus will be sent with care instructions.
