Our Claudia empire aqua tutu dress is a beautiful dress for play or photos. The halter is made of a cute aqua with brown polka dots grosgrain ribbon. This dress is hand tied onto two elastic waistbands, one at the top and one under the bust line. It is just beautiful as it is really full of poof!
This tutu dress is perfect for a photography studio, a party or just fun dress up time!
This tutu is made from premium nylon tulle and sewed closed on a non roll elastic waist band. The elastic will stretch 2-3 inches so she will have room to grow. All of our tutus are made to be super fluffy and full. Tutus will be sent with care instructions.
